In regard to hummus dip recipes, the possibilities are simply endless. Once you create your base of pureed chickpeas (also known as garbanzo beans), lemon juice, fresh garlic, as sea salt, you can begin to add exciting flavor combinations. Traditionally, hummus is served with a golden drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, along with fresh chopped parley. However, you don’t have to limit yourself to these things.
